What counts as one credit?
Each AI operation — Clean Photo, Empty Photo, or Restage — uses one credit. Viewing, saving, sharing, and watermarking your photos are always free and never consume credits.
Do unused credits carry over to the next month?
Monthly subscription credits reset at the start of each billing period and do not roll over. If you purchase a credit bundle separately (available as an in-app purchase), those credits are yours permanently and never expire.
How quickly does AI processing happen?
Most photos are processed within 15–45 seconds. Occasionally, complex scenes or high server load may push processing time up to about a minute. You'll see a live progress indicator in the app.
Which photo formats and sizes are supported?
NestShot works with any photo you can take or import on your iPhone or Android device — standard JPG and HEIC formats are both supported. For the best results, shoot in good natural light at a 4:3 aspect ratio.
Can I cancel or change my plan at any time?
Yes. You can cancel, upgrade, or downgrade at any time from within the app. Your plan stays active through the end of the current billing period, with no extra charges.
Is my data and my clients' photos secure?
Photos are uploaded over HTTPS, stored securely, and are never used to train AI models or shared with third parties. You can delete any image or entire project from the app at any time.
